Langkah-langkah Pembuatan Sate babi / pork satay
- Panaskan sedikit minyak di kuali dan tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
- Masukan air secukupnya untuk meredam daging.
- Masukan smua bahan pelengkap (gula merah, gula pasir, kecap manis dan garam serta penyedap secukupnya) icip rasa.
- Biarkan mendidih hingga agak mengental, matikan api dan dinginkan bentar.
- Sembari menunggu bumbu sate dingin, potong daging sesuai selera (saya potong dadu).
- Masukan perasan air lemon, di remas" sedikit pakai tangan lalu bilas daging dan tiriskan.
- Lalu siram bumbu sate yg sudah kita masak td hingga daging terendam, diamkan kurang lebih 1 jam di kulkas.
- Setelah 1 jam, tusuk" daging ke tusuk sate lalu panggang hingga setengah matang lalu oleskan bumbu rendaman tadi bolak balik dan panggang hingga matang kurang lebih 2-3 menit.
- Setelah matang terakhir oleskan kecap manis, dan panggang bolak balik sebentar lalu angkat.
