- Blender ayam fillet, bawang putih,bawang merah,kemiri,kencur,lengkuas,kunyit,telur ayam sampai halus.
- Campurkan bahan yg diblender dengan kelapa daun jeruk iris,gula garam lada dan kaldu bubuk hingga menyatu.
- Ambil adonan kepal2 diantara batang serai sampai terbentuk seperti pada gambar diatas,ulangi hingga semuanya adonan habis.
